Colt: Our poor little man has been battling what we thought was a cold, for over 2 months. He has been in and out of the doctors since his debut into this world for sounding "funny". He always had a strange rattle to him. Around 3 and 1/2 months old it became really bad. Constantly coughing and spitting up. Up all night crying, which we were NOT used to since we have been way to lucky with his great sleeping patterns. They diagnosed him with allergies first, and no meds help. Then it was bronchitis, and also the nebulizer never worked. Then he was off to Yakima for testing for cystic fibrosis. They came back negative. He was then put on an acid reflux med, and by golly the next day he sounded NORMAL. He is now getting his first tooth!!! We can see and feel it coming, and apparently so can he. He has been a little on the cranky side. But, I think he is handling it pretty well. Since the weather has gotten really warm, colt and I have been cruising around in the stroller a lot more and he really enjoys it. We have been walking down the feed alley and all the cows come up to greet us and Colt apparently finds that humorous.
Mama: After a lot of discussion, I decided to go back to work part-time. It has been great so far. I really enjoy what Im doing there. Colt is going to daycare a few hours a day and seems to be doing really well. We really like where he is going, they are GREAT!!! There are only 4 kids total there and two happen to be her own.
Daddy: BJ.... Where to start!? He is just plain BUSY these days!! Soccer is in full swing and he has now picked up basketball. We look forward to Sundays when he plays. Its a family affair to go support him. At the farm things are finally drying up so he can start spring cleaning. Since Im working afternoons and am off about 6, BJ gets to pick Colt up from Ambers. I think he is pretty proud to have that responsibility.
I guess it doesn't seem to crazy, but it sure feels like it has been!!
